Carl J. Montante III

Carl first learned the power of networking from a very early age. For Carl, it came very easily to him. He was curious, he liked linking people together, and he enjoyed introducing his network to others. Over the last 10+ years of his networking career, he has used his skills to create opportunities, land business dealings, help others, and grow his network to a number that he cannot even begin to quantify.   As someone who has seen, first hand, the power of networking, Carl wants to teach his skills to people all over the world so that they too, can leverage their network and connections for not only their own benefit, but for the benefit of others as well.

Evan GIokas

Evan is the founder and original coach at The College Confidence Coach. The College Confidence Program™ is a unique process he designed specifically to help young adults navigate their first major life decisions. For most, the transition from high school to college and from college to the working world, can be quite challenging. These are the first experiences in which young adults have to rely on their instincts and core confidences to take the necessary steps towards their true passions. Evan’s coaching began quite organically while talking to high school seniors about their plans for their upcoming college journeys. While mentoring them on how to avoid the common mistakes made amongst so many college students, he realized the impact his experiences and directional coaching could make on the lives of ALL young adults making the first decisions of the rest of their lives. None of this would be possible, without networking. The power that a group of people has, to take someone from hopeful and wishing, to confident and ready, is a unique gift that Evan believes everyone is entitled to. Throughout the course you will have access to Evan’s core wisdom from college confidence coach, and, his qualitative experiences in networking.
